A lovely antique ring, made circa 1890s, featuring a beautiful Old Mine Cut diamond. Weighing approximately 0.22 carats and sitting in a 6-prong setting, the diamond radiates sparkle. Old Mine Cut diamonds are a special and unique cut. They emit the most dazzling sparkle in incandescent light as they were cut before modern technology. Certainly the most romantic of diamond cuts.
All done in 14 karat rosy-yellow gold, the tapered band gives it a lovely and soft finishing touch. This timeless solitaire diamond ring is a steadfast favorite and would make a fantastic engagement ring. It's the kind of piece that never goes out of style.
