What is Affirm?

An alternative to traditional credit cards, Affirm allows you to pay for items through flexible financing over a period of time. The short and simple application process requires just a couple pieces of information. In most cases, you’ll receive an immediate decision on your eligibility to purchase items with payments over a 6, 12, or 18 month time period.

Affirm only conducts a soft credit check, which won’t affect your credit score.  It keeps all sensitive information encrypted and protected using security protocols. There are no late or hidden fees, and you will know the exact terms of your loan options, including APR and monthly payment amounts, so you can select what works best for you.

How does Affirm work?

Add your items to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your US shipping address.

S T E P   2

Choose "Affirm Monthly Payments” as your payment method and click “complete order” to be redirected to Affirm to securely finalize your purchase.

S T E P   3

Complete the Affirm application with your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.  

Once you’re approved and checkout is complete, we will process and ship your order and your new bling will be on its way.

Does applying for an Affirm loan affect my credit score?

Nope. The pre-qualification process uses your personal information for a "soft credit check" only, which does not affect your all important credit score.

How long does the approval process take?  

It's super fast and just takes seconds after completing the application.

What happens after I'm approved? 

Affirm will let you know instantly.  You will have the option to choose to pay off your loan over 6, 12, or 18 months. Affirm will also state the amount of your fixed, monthly payments and the total amount of interest (if applicable) you’ll pay.

Is there interest?

Your rate will be 0% APR or 10-36% APR based on credit, and is subject to an eligibility check. Payment options through Affirm are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. 

When will I get my order?

Processing on all orders takes 1-3 business days.  Orders placed with Affirm may need an extra day or two, but will most likely ship within the standard window.  See SHIPPING AND DELIVERY for more information.  If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to get in touch with us at info@foxandbond.com.   

Can I return an item if I use Affirm? 

Yes, as long as it’s not a custom made piece or a ring that has been resized. Click over to our RETURNS AND REFUNDS page where we outline everything.

Is my personal information safe with Affirm? 

Yes, Affirm takes security very seriously and encrypts all collected information.

I don't live in the U.S., can I use Affirm?

At this time, Affirm is available only to shoppers in the United States who are shipping to a U.S. address. Affirm hopes to expand to customers outside the U.S. in the near future.
