The Details

The F&B Custom Hand-Painted Pet Portraits are made-to-order in the likeness of your loving creature companion, be it a dog, cat, bird, snake, horse, rabbit, etc. Our in-house painter, Mary Hanson, brings your pet to life, then we set them in our open bezel locket between two pieces of glass, available in 14 karat yellow, white, or rose gold.

All hand-made here in Los Angeles, each portrait takes 8-10 weeks to complete. Please keep your timeline in mind when ordering. It hangs from a Fox & Bond 18 inch 14k gold chain in the gold color of your choice.

Once your order has been received, we'll send instructions on how to get the best photos for your portrait.

We offer FREE INSURED SHIPPING to addresses in the continental U.S.

Depending on package value and location, we ship using UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.

All packages are fully insured and are signature required.

International Shipping

Order tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72hrs after placing your order.

Returns

If you would like to return an item and receive a full refund minus the insured return shipping cost, you will have a 5 day period once your package has been delivered to start the return process.

Ring Sizing and Repairs

For all resizing and repairs, we use a trusted jeweler who is an expert in antique jewelry. Resizing and repairs takes approximately 2-4 weeks, and prices vary depending on the metal, complexity, and size needed.

Please note that resized rings are not eligible for return or exchange, as we believe in preserving the integrity of each piece. However, if you would like to keep the option of returning a ring, you may send it back to us for resizing at a later date. See our FAQs section for more information.
