sapphire heart, diamond, and 14k gold cluster ring
The Story
A sweet as can be vintage ring with a great pop of color. A heart-shaped synthetic sapphire sits at the center of 14 karat yellow gold ring. Surrounding it are fourteen round brilliant cut diamonds, each weighing approximately 0.02 carats for a total diamond weight of approximately 0.28 carats.
Measuring 0.35 inches tall, it's a lovely shape and size. We love it on its own or worn with other favorite pieces.
