The Story
A bright and colorful Sputnik charm pendant from the mid to late 20th century. The domed ball design features 22 semi-precious cabochon stones including tourmaline, amethyst, citrine, and blue topaz, which range from 3 mm to 3.6 mm in size. Most sputnik pieces feature faceted stones, so to see one with bezel set cabochons, in such great shape, is a fantastic find.
Made from 18 karat yellow gold, it feels like a piece of jeweled candy. Chic and colorful, it measures just over an inch tall with its bale. A great piece to add to your charm bracelet, wear as a necklace, or stacked with your favorite pieces.
