The Story

This super fun vintage spinner charm is shaped as a horseshoe with 7 nails, symbolizing good luck to the wearer.  The round disc at center has cobalt blue enamel letters on each side "G O U K" on one, "O D L C" on the other, so when spun reads "GOOD LUCK".  Constructed in 14 karat yellow gold from circa 1950s. spinning charms are one of our favorite finds.

First invented in the 1920s, spinner charms hit peak popularity in the 1950s. The playfulness and interactive nature of these charms makes them a great conversation piece.
