Impeccably sourced, rare vintage jewelry
art nouveau diamond, emerald, and 14k gold bangle bracelet
The Story
A beautiful bangle bracelet from the Art Nouveau era, circa early 1900s. Made from 14 karat yellow gold, the front of the bangle sees five stones, 3 Old European cut diamonds and 2 old cut emeralds. The stones have open back settings allowing light to come through making the stones pop and sparkle. All over scrolling engraved detailing is seen throughout the warm yellow gold.
Art Nouveau was a brief but important period of design at the end of the 19th century, circa 1895-1905. Characteristic for its depiction of natural elements, particularly flora and fauna, it often has a soft look and feel.
It finishes with a safety chain for extra secure wearing. This gorgeous and colorful bracelet will surely be a treasured family heirloom to wear for years to come.
