The Story
A stunning antique locket in rich 14 karat yellow gold from the Art Deco era. This gorgeous piece features four lines, broken in the center, giving it a chic geometric look. Two lines have eight rose cut diamonds with an old cut ruby set at the end. The other two have six calibré cut rubies finishing with a 0.09 carat old mine cut diamond, all set flush around the surrounding gold.
The design is striking and set against the octagonal shape of the piece, it's an Art Deco anomaly. Most Deco-era jewelry is made in platinum, so this locket in warm yellow gold is a rare find.
Measuring 1.6 inches tall with its bale, it holds two photos inside, an incredible heirloom piece to cherish forever.
Locket and chain are sold separately. This locket can be purchased without a chain or with an 18-inch 14K yellow gold chain.
