Impeccably sourced, rare vintage jewelry
art deco diamond and platinum flip band
The Story
We flipped out when we discovered this Art Deco platinum and diamond flip ring!
A rare find from circa the 1920s-1940, this ring features 28 single cut round diamonds for an approximate total diamond weight of 0.60 carats. The back of the ring shank is plain platinum with an engraved design on the top and bottom sections which wraps around into a half band of diamonds. These 14 diamonds graduate in size with a two-prong shared setting. The diamonds range from 0.01 carat to 0.04 carats each.
The flip section consists of another half band of 14 graduating diamonds, but with bezel settings instead. The two rows of diamonds next to each other look so cool!
Wear it stacked with both rows for more bling or flip the top band back for a different look!
