Impeccably sourced, rare vintage jewelry
victorian petite figa 14k gold charm
The Story
The figa hand symbol, a thumb and fist gesture, dates back to ancient times with meanings associated with good luck (for protection against the evil eye) and female fertility. We see it as a modern sign of female strength and empowerment.
This Victorian-era charm is done in warm 14 karat yellow gold and molded hollow in the form of a hand. It measures 0.22 inches wide and 0.9 inches tall with its 14 karat bale. It looks great worn on its own or layered up with your other favorites!
How do you want to wear your new charm? Choose a 16” or 18” chain, a hoop earring, or just the charm itself.
