The Story
An antique locket from the Art Nouveau era with the most beautiful all over scrolling floral design. Created in rich 18 karat yellow gold, the motif goes all the way to the edges of the heart-shaped locket's exterior. It shows its age in the best possible way with the rich patina making the raised work pop and gold glow.
Art Nouveau was a brief, but glorious period of design at the end of the 19th century, circa 1895-1905. Characteristic for its depiction of natural elements, particularly flora and fauna, this locket is a fantastic example of the art form.
At 1" tall it's the perfect size for your everyday love token. It hangs on an F&B 18 inch 14k gold chain and holds two 0.89" photos. There's nothing more classic or romantic than a beautiful gold locket.
