The Story

A stunning antique locket in rich 14 karat yellow gold from the Art Deco era. This gorgeous piece features four lines, broken in the center, giving it a chic geometric look. Two of the lines see eight rose cut diamonds with an old cut ruby set at the end. The other two see six calibré cut rubies finishing with a 0.09 carat old mine cut diamond, all set flush around the surrounding gold.

The design is striking and set against the octagonal shape of the piece, it's an Art Deco anomaly. The vast majority of Art Deco era jewelry is done in Platinum, so to have this locket in warm yellow gold is a rare find.

Measuring 1.6 inches tall with its bale, it holds two photos inside. An incredible heirloom piece.
