1940s "ann" ruby and 14k gold heart book locket
The Story
This large scale vintage heart-shaped pendant is an incredible find for one lucky Ann. Made from 14k yellow gold, "Ann" is written in beautiful script at center from 43 calibré cut rubies. The richly saturated color of the stones looks incredible bezel set against the warmth of the gold.
Expertly made, the front hinges open to reveal four different "pages" originally intended to be engraved but have been left blank for you to customize with your own important names, dates, stories, etc.
Large in size, it measures 1.78 inches tall with bale and 1.55 inches at its widest point. It's a truly incredible piece.
