floral diamond and platinum dome ring
The Story
A vintage floral diamond ring from circa the 1940s-1950s. Created with amazing attention to detail in platinum, it features a beautiful transitional cut diamond bezel set at center weighing approximately 0.40 carats. Surrounding the center are twelve petals, each with a 0.05 carat vintage single cut diamond, bead set within the floral design. The exterior finishes with another twelve diamonds bringing the total carat weight to approximately 1.24 carats of sparkle. The back is open allowing light to pour through and makes the diamonds pop.
All set in platinum, the white metal makes the diamonds appear extra bright while the openness of the ring makes the piece feel light and airy. The dome design and construction gives the whole piece a great look and feel. It's substantial without feeling overpowering. It looks gorgeous on and is a super comfortable wear. We love it as a unique engagement ring or worn as a stunning statement piece.
